I have yet to take the plunge. My own MammaMia has beaten me to the draw and is a true blue facebooker. She has been for some time. While I'm pretty sure she's not on it to keep tabs on Li'l Bro's whereabouts and what-abouts, it seems a few moms can. And probably do. This video takes it to a whole other level (think: creepy) and is done in jest, of course, but does a great job of showing us how social networking sites are changing the face of mothering...of parenting in general. And this isn't necessarily a bad thing. Just a new thing. If used right, I think its a cool tool to stay connected. This is the 21st century, after all. Moms, take this with a grain of salt. But I suggest you do NOT try this at home.

What an interesting post, as always. And I'm sorry if I got off topic here. I love social networking sites for one and only reason: I can keep in touch with my dear friends who lives miles and miles away from me. That's what I like the most about Internet. And THIS is priceless. Thanks, 21st century!
Like everyone, I tried Facebook, just to see what everyone was talking about, but I don't like it and I don't want to post anything on it. I think I don't feel safe with this site. But I'm addicted to my Multiply account and I hope I could use for a long time yet, haha!
Oh and by the way, I LOVED the videos!!

True, true, Cely. It's all about finding the one that best suits you - be it Twitter, Multiply, Facebook or all of the above!
